In one line: Record collects nothing. There are no accounts, no servers, and no networking code in the app. Everything you record stays on your own device.
Nothing. No name, phone number, email, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics. The app has no sign-up and no place to enter such information.
Everything you create in Record is stored only on your device: workout history, body measurements, discomfort notes you choose to log, your gym's equipment profile, and your weekly plan and settings. It is written to the app's own sandbox and local preferences and never leaves the device. Put the phone in airplane mode and every feature still works.
No third-party SDKs. No analytics, advertising, crash reporting, push services, or recommendation engines. No third party can learn anything about your training through this app.
Training-day reminders, if you enable them, are scheduled locally by your iPhone and never pass through a server. We send no marketing. You can turn them off at any time.
If you have iPhone iCloud Backup enabled, the local data above is included in your device backup to your own iCloud account. This is an iOS mechanism, not data transmitted by Record, and we cannot access your iCloud. You can exclude Record in Settings › iCloud › Manage Account Storage › Backups.
Delete the app and all data goes with it — no copies exist anywhere else. To keep the app but erase its data, use "清空全部记录" (Erase all records) at the bottom of the "我的" (Me) tab. Because we never hold your data, there is no deletion request to make of us.
Record is a strength-training tool for adults. It is not directed at children under 13 and collects no information from users of any age.
If a future version ever transmits data, we will update this page before that version ships and state it plainly in the app. The effective date above is the date of last change.
